place on Sunday, July 27, from 10am-6pm, at Mission Valley’s Scottish Rite Center. This year’s workshops will feature Rachel George, multi-award winning dancer, Rania, Bellydancer of the Universe champion and Belly Dance Superstar, and San Diego’s own tribal
dance award winner, Heather Stants. Workshop signups begin on April 1. Performer signups begin on May 1.

another theater presentation to raise funds for the
community outreach programs; the theme will be “Once
Upon A Bellydance: A Collection of Short Stories.” In
an effort to keep the venue professional and polished
and in keeping with the theme, Marula will accept
auditions in the form of YouTube, videos, or in
person. The show will not exceed two hours, which
includes a break, so pieces submitted should be no
