Level I Temple Dance Class with KyprisAt the Heartwisdom Temple in North Park, San Diego.Call for directions. 7:00pm - 8:00pm $12 per class Open to All, Including Beginners Come play with us as we create ecstatic connection to Spirit through dance, honor the energy of the deep feminine sexual divine, and learn to move energy through our bodies with breath, bellydance movement, and yoga. Temple Dance is a new way of doing belly dance, a way of being in the moment, exploring and healing the self, and learning to connect deeply to others in movement. Temple dance embraces a balancing of the chakras, dancing ecstatically through the elements, trance dance, and learning to channel energy as we dance to connect to the divine, manifest, and heal. In this level I class you will learn the basic chakra movements and how to practice moving meditation. We will practice grounding and centering through mudra, full body breath, yoga, and moving chakra energies through the energy body. To register, email kypris@heartmagick.net.
